The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by NZPHC. The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your name and organisation details can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. Unless you advise Rachel Cook, Congress Manager email@example.com, your name and organisation will be included on the list of conference delegates distributed at the conference.

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Friday 16 March 2018 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the conference, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel. All terms and conditions for Hotel bookings are noted in the online registration process.
